coming out of the nutter center when I had an 01 zx6r aka dustin's bike. I goose the throttle a bit much and hit some gravel. the back end slid out quite a bit and I went itno oncoming traffic around a car and then back into my lane. I pulled over at the next stop sign a sat for about 10min making sure I didn't shat myself. I've been trying to be much smarter with my new 05 zx6r so I don't wreck myself.

mine wont go with me till I get her gear and myself more experience. So it might be a little while till she comes out with me.

what's the matter dustin don't like the realationship talks? I'm you gotta have something to take up your time at work, right? and it's something to get your post count up.

I'm looking for a good no cut frame slider for the 2005 zx6r. Any one have experience or recommend any? Also who that owns an 05 zx6r would recommend a steering damper and which one?

I work about a mile from the saturn dealership, looks like you guys are having fun with those signs. Oh yeah and by 2013 all the construction is suppose to be done, so yeah. They should be opening up the newer sections on 70 in the next month or so. That should help some.

It's a new battery but the guy I bought it from never rode much. 2,012 mi since he bought it in '05. I think it might just need a full charge and then should be good. I wont be able to find out till I get back on the 10th though. Are all of you still gonna be riding on the 13th?

The honeymoon is in Mexico at Rivera Maya. It's south of Cancun and it's an all inclusive resort. Should be a lot of fun. If all of you are riding on the 13th I'd like to join you. However I do think I need to get a new battery. After I rode the bike yesterday I was going to ride it to work this morning but it wouldn't start, not enough juice. How long can you leave a battery before it is toast or does it just need a full recharge?

I just went riding for the first time today in three years, and it's been 2 months since I got my 05 zx6r. I felt awesome and I can't wait to go out with you guys and girls as soon as I get back from my honeymoon. ps. I forgot that it gets hard to hold on to the bike when I really get on it.

Yeah she didn't want me riding on the off chance that I would show up to the wedding in a body cast or face bandages. It also gives me a chance to take the MSF test so I can get my endorsement instead of temps. I already have insurance on the bike no life insurance policy yet. shadyone piqua's not that far away so it shouldn't be a problem. Besides I'm up there every now and then fixing things.

PF Chang's has decent food but I've only been to the one in Columbus. How you guys might want to try Mr. Lee's off of Poe ave. in Dayton across from miller lane (Chinese & Japanese) or there's a good Thai place off of woodman by the value city across from Lewis & Michael's atlas van lines or the root beer stand. Those are some decent places I've been to before. Mr. Lee's has some good and spicy chicken lettuce wraps

Just picked up my 2005 Kawasaki ZX-6R about at the end of April. I have wanted to get back on a bike ever since I had to sell my Old 01 zx-6r to Dustinsn3485 because of college. He's made the bike look really nice especially when he got it back after being stolen. Anyways the bike is practically new. The guy I bought it from had only put 2000 mi on it since he bought it new. He did absolutely no mods to it so it's bone stock for me to play with. I already have the list of exactly what I'm going to do to it and have already purchased some parts. I have some time to do these mods because my soon wife to be doesn't want me to ride the bike before our wedding at the end of June. I told that was fine since I hadn't found a bike yet. Silly me because not much long after I found the bike for $5,400.00. and its never been dropped. As for planned mods PC3 with dyno tune Factory pro shift kit( no problems with current trans but it's suppose to prevent known issues with some 05-06 models) Flush front signals Change out the l.e.d's in the gauge cluster Projector lights with HID puig rear hugger and smoke double bubble windscreen gold GPR steering damper v1 jumper mod hotbodies undertail exhaust(w/ servo motor kept inline and pipe modification w/ extra baffles for alittle less eardrum shattering sound) modifying tail section w/ inlets kinda like a ducati or honda to help cool exhaust Thats pretty much everything that I will want to do to the bike. Not riding the bike and letting it sit in the garage sux but it's only 31 more days till I can ride so it's not to bad. I have wanted one of the 05 zx6rs since they came out and now I have mine. I got my temps before I had the bike and have full insurance on it for $800 a yr. I plan on hooking up with some of my friends like Dustinsn3485 and some others to get my skill level back up and find some nice places to ride. I almost have full gear I just need to get riding pants and real riding boots. The boots I would use now are the Marine Corp. issue ones my brother gave me. Any questions or comments please post up.
