  3. the estimates I've seen show neon lighs draw 3-4 watts per foot, I don't know how many lights you're planning on using, but i can't imagine you putting enough on there to seriously affect your charging system... if you want to stay on the super safe side, ponyjr and conn-e-rot are right, leds draw less than 10% of that on average...

The 14th Amendment defines citizenship this way: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." But even this does not get specific enough. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps. The Constitution authorizes the Congress to do create clarifying legislation in Section 5 of the 14th Amendment; the Constitution, in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4, also allows the Congress to create law regarding naturalization, which includes citizenship. Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:" Anyone born inside the United States * Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S. Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21 Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time) A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S
  5. no, "liberal wacko" wouldn't = sophisticated, (not that I am a liberal wacko either) I read a pretty funny quote the other day from HBO's the newsroom, it went as follows: "I’m a registered Republican, I only seem Liberal because I believe that hurricanes are caused by barometric pressure and not gay marriage" Where I claim my sophistication is mainly through my education, understanding of science, and lack of superstitious beliefs. I put motorcycle speakers on my motorcycle... and yes, I built a dune buggy to tool around town in...with my own 2 hands using the education that I'm still paying for, and the intelligence that I'm fortunate enough to have.

  7. I couldn't've cared less if zimmerman was a kkk member, more power to him. It was the act of denying an innocent citizen his right to live that I take issue with. We all have our bias, as much as I stay objective in my political views about guns (I do support the second amendment, and your right to have all the shotguns your little heart desires) my personal view is that in a civilized society, there is not a need for a device who'se primary purpose is to mortally wound at a distance.... If you're at war, so be it... hunting? Go for it(seems to take all the "sport" out of it but w/e)..but just walking around? Neh...don't see the need. I'm just not into denying other people their rights just because I don't want/need it.

Obama has done plenty wrong IMO, I didn't vote for him last time, I probably won't vote for him this time...(I definitely won't vote for mittens though) Keeping gitmo open, maintaining the patriot act, getting involved in libya's civil war, drone strikes, I could go on... but the point is, I'm not an obama fanboy, but I can see the stupidity in the birther movement...
  9. Some of that is true personally, almost none is true politically, and it's not really important who I am anyway. (Btw, that would be borderline, I'm not entering a ship or a plane) I have PLENTY of experience with rednecks... the key is a glorious lack of sophistication... infuse a little southern twang, some racism, a shot gun, a love for cheap beer, and nascar, you're pretty much there... I can provide many examples if you like, I went to high school with nearly 100 of them.

  12. That wasn't what I was saying, but sure, not caring if a document was forged is an issue... I would care if there was any real evidence that it was, in fact, forged. But the facts remain that you have a 80 yr old senior citizen investigating an electronic document who doesn't seem to have any experience at all with computer forensics... proclaiming loudly that he doesn't have any proof that it is fake, but based on the evidence he's seen, he "thinks" it "might be"

  16. So I just watched that thing, and he said "it could be a fake, and I'm not 100% sure it's authentic" That isn't exactly high on the scale of assuredness. I could with the same amount of certainty say "I'm believe Joe Arpaio could be a martian, and I can't say with 100% certainty that he doesn't drink horse semen"
