and bump for tonight
-
If you'll be on the east side of Columbus, that would be awesome. Good to know. I'm going to check a few other closer MotionPro dealers nearby first. Without a caliper to gauge the flare, how can you tell if it's flared enough?
-
reminder bump
-
So I was installing my chain and busted the pin when I was flaring the rivets. Anyone on the east side have one I could borrow? I know IP stocks the kits ($90) but I just need a replacement pin ($6). Tomorrow I'm going to call around to see if any Motion Pro dealers stock the replacement pins too. One of them HAS to!

it is pretty funny

probably throw it away

forks got refreshed by reuben, swingarm got new bearings as well and powdercoated by Erik, new sprockets, chain and speedohealer by me

good thinking, i'll have to remember that one.

OK...if you have a finished garage without rafters exposed
-
OK, so I've come up with my own contraption to hold my bike up when I have the swingarm and front wheel/suspension removed, but what do the rest of you do? What does a shop do? My way makes it difficult to work on without someone holding the bike in place, but it works fine to just hold it up. I've seen the rafter idea before but what if you have a finished garage without rafters exposed?

crazy, you are the first person i've ever heard of that's had anything bad to say about USAA. I love it and wouldn't bank anywhere else. Take pictures of checks on my phone to deposit them, free (refunded) ATM use, best customer service I've experienced anywhere (not just banking or insurance) and direct deposits available as soon as they are sent from the other bank rather than waiting days. Huntington is a close second, just because they have free business checking so I use them for that since USAA doesn't offer business accounts.

Awesome! A bunch of ppl from where I work will be there too
