I'd like to know the ins and outs of accent lighting what colors are allowed and where can they be placed, and extra lighting.... what is and isn't allowed....

I decided to just ride around with my wife.... it was nice went down thru lithopolis, looked at a couple small farms up for sale.... wish I had more money i'd have me a spread about 7 acres with some out buildings.... then we'd have us some parties and bonfires...
