Picked up the banner from carrie n ben today... gonna build the float on monday.....we are gonna have announcers and everything, and I've heard the TV stations are sending camera crews to film it... would be cool to have 30 bikes on tv... and the name recognition....

sounds like the same story as here in c-bus..... my wife's company does the same kinda work, and I am in residential repair and construction, business is SLOW!! hell even the union guys are sitting.... (I'm a card member, but I'll work scab dammit, I need to eat!)

around 930 a.... then we sit for maybe half an hour while the organizers get the lineup set....

meet at the hall around 830- 9 am, coffee n doughnuts provided, the parade starts at 10 a goes till 1 or so ..... I'll be at the hall around 130 to start cooking food, as usual beers will be $1.75 and mixed drinks top out at $3.50 food provided will be burgers and dogs, side dishes would be appreciated...

your bike... so decorate it however you'd like... I planned on having at least 30 spots for different bikes... if someone wants to ride mine, (as I will be playing with the pipes and drums band) I was planning on rigging a 3x5 american flag on a pole to it somehow....
