I didn't know if Saipan is one or those places that are super cheap but full of drug cartels or super safe but super expensive (kinda like Hawaii). Looks nice, are there go kart tracks? If things work out they may throw in Rota and guam as well. Right now I am in a 172 doing discovery flights and I am getting trained on a Cherokee 6 to fly tourist and cargo I between the islands.
