BMMW Posted December 2, 2013 Report Share Posted December 2, 2013 HD's are now Can-Bus wired? They are calling it "HD-LAN"? VW's didn't call it "VW-LAN". Audi hasn't badged it "AUDI-BUS". BMW hasn't created a "BMW-LAN" or "BMW-BUS". But, based upon monumental marketing ploys, a 100 year old antiquated manufacturer, based upon long winded tradition and backwardness, makes up a new acronym for something that's been around for 20 plus years. I'm guessing the technological complexity will sell gobs of bikes and confuse a whole mass of riders. So looing forward to seeing them at the bike show.
