Make sure it's wet clutch approved.

 

Just to really emphasis this. Made for motorcycle and ok for wet clutch.....if you see 'fuel efficient' or 'energy saving' or  'Molybdenum' on the label put it back. And it appears from other owners of your bike in this thread the manual calls for synthetic. So go that route.

still make sure its for motorcycle whichever you choose. 

 

 

Poppycock, 40 or 50 weight anything is gonna be groovy. Rotella and regular ole 10W40 Castrol user for years and years, nothing but the best car and truck oil for my girls. :) Know of a guy who has used nothing but Castrol 10W40 car oil and fram oil filters in his motorcycle, he now has over 300K on it and still burns little to no oil between changes. And I bet he does not use a new crushwasher either......LOL.
