The video appears to have been shot in Connecticut, which does have a consumer protection Lemon Law. The law does specifically mention arbitration, so that's the route he needs to take. Go to arbitration, lay down the facts, don't agree to any packages to keep the car, and have Porsche buy it back! This is of course all assuming that he bought the car new (he mentions he purchased the car in June 2013), and the car has less than 17k miles on it, so he should qualify.
