redkow97
I have waffled on this gun for a couple of years now, and for $130-$180 (depending on if you get the 'target kit'), I just can't justify NOT buying it any longer. If anyone has one, I have cash in hand. I am not at all opposed to buying new, so if you're on the list of places I can ship to from Bud's Gun Shop or Cheaper Than Dirt, I have no issue with paying a reasonable fee for someone to process the background check bullshit. I have nothing to hide.
MidgetTodd
I'm on Buds list but it wouldn't be here before the OMRL banquet and other than that I likely won't see you till race day. Not sure it'd be worth the drive for you. Most every shop around you should be on buds list though and if not they can easily do so.
redkow97
isn't the banquet Sunday? What are you listed as on the Bud's site? I'm not in a huge hurry. Probably wouldn't use it until I can shoot it outside anyway...
MidgetTodd
Yes Sunday. But even if you ordered now I don't see having it by then. Delta Epsilon Guns

MidgetTodd
Order it an bring it to the bike show after party. Not far for red to pick it up.That would violate federal law. I have FFL and he's an Attorney neither one of us wants that
redkow97
You're probably more familiar with that area of the law than I am, but yes, let's stay within the rules. No reason to make anything complicated. I'll keep you posted.

redkow97
Pretty sure one of the deputies at work is a dealer. He takes my uncle to the SHOT show in Vegas every year.

Dealers register at gun shows to be a vendor, therefore it is a registered place of business. 4473 forms must be signed and checked in person at registered place of business. There is no exceptions to that rule if a background check needs done.
