We love to ride but when winter hits, the choice between commuting the bike to work versus a warm car makes for one tough decision.  With the Gerbing 12V Heated Jacket Liner from Riders Discount, that decision will be an easy choice allowing you to extend your riding season well into the cold months.  According to Gerbing, as long as there's traction and heat, there's no end to the riding season.  Available to purchase from Riders Discount today with MSRP at $249.99, the Gerbing 12V Heated Jacket Liner is a worthy item to add to your gear collection.

Made in the USA, the Gerbing jacket liner shown here is the most popular item we sell.  It's really the starting point of your Gerbing gear collection.  Meant to be worn under your motorcycle jacket, the liner has a windproof nylon shell that allows you to easily slip your jacket over this liner.  The fit is a little large so we recommend going a size down from what you normally wear.  For those with longer arms, Gerbing also has a "long" version of each size that have longer sleeves.

Worried about ordering the wrong size?  Don't worry, Riders Discount has an easy returns and exchanges policy.

With seven total heating pads using Gerbing's patented micro-wire heating technology, the jacket  gets from cold to hot in around 4 seconds.  Using stainless steel bundled wire, the heating elements will last last for a long time and are actually guaranteed for life.  With a max operating range of 135 deg F at 77 Watts, each heating pad has thermal resistors installed that act as a solenoid to avoid overheating and burning your skin.  Electrical plugs, connectors, and any solder joints, as well as all materials and craftsmanship are covered by a one year warranty from date of purchase.

Seven heating pads located on the chest, back, sleeves, and collar.

Designed to work seamlessly with Gerbing's coreheat12 riding system, the Gerbing jacket liner comes with a battery harness to connect to your motorcycle's power supply.  However, you will need to purchase a temperature controller to avoid overheating and burns.  Single and dual temp controllers are available with the dual shown here.  We highly recommend getting the dual as more often than not, customers are ordering gloves with the liner and the dual controller allows you to control the temps separately from one another.

Coreheat12 Thermovelocity System is powered by your motorcycle's battery and using a combination of included harnesses and temp controllers.  You can combine these gloves to work with any of the coreheat12 riding apparel from Gerbing.  Riders Discount carries the full line of Gerbing products!
