first run in the oven..

so the oven is finally complete, and i took the night off work to organize my barn a bit and then get to work on a guys parts for his Street glide.  did Screamin Eagle Wrinkle black on all the engine covers tonight.  i have a ton more parts of his to do, but they will be vivid black gloss.

Looks real good! Once closed up, how long does the oven take to get to temperature? Once up to temperature and you power off, what is the coast time back to ambient temperature? Its a very simple design and the end result looks great!

more relevant question might be how do you charge?  Per piece?  surface area?  depends on how much material you use?

 

I'm really resisting the urge to cost out powder coating the frame, hubs, hoops, bars, and swing-arm of the XR...  must. not. make. cheap. bike. expensive!
