progrmr Posted March 16, 2015 Report Share Posted March 16, 2015 (edited) Wound up finding a really nice bike for a good price so I decided to pull the trigger and get it. Bike has clearly been cared for - lots of beautiful chrome that's not pitted. Aftermarket seat, V&H short pipes, some skull addons lol! Has the larger gas tank too. Just under 12K miles, scored her for an even $5K. I'm really happy - the ride home was nice. Pretty windy but the bike stayed planted and handled well. Plenty of power. Turning characteristics are a bit different than I'm used to with the larger front tire. It's a real beauty! It won’t take long to get use to the turning you will be able to hang with the rice on almost any curvy road once you get it figured out but they will get away from you on the straits.
