What do you suggest to use?Now that I've sold the house and looking to buy a new one im planning to cut the cord and want to have a good setup ready to go for when I move in to a new house. I've got an Apple TV already which works great but that just runs off the computer in the office for now. Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 Quad core android tv stick. ebay it. $60 or so, takes sd card and usb drives plus has internal storage, 720p hdmi output, runs netflix, hulu...pretty much anything you can run on android. Can also torrent movies which is nice for being freely entertained. Smaller than a pack of smokes. Not just a gateway for Amazon content. Not a restrictive apple device. Was so easy and so much quality content available. Have to dig much more nowadays for newer media, older stuff is still easy to get. I use toerentz.eu, it's an aggregate search engine that will find what you want on multiple sites. Sometimes the host site wants to serve you pop ups and porn apps instead of the torrent file tho.
