DerekClouser
So I bought another holster, a sneaky pete. Not sure what anyone's opinions on this is. Taking CCW class on Saturday so figured I should arsenal up. Already have an IWB holster. I have a Ruger LC9S... Anyone ever use a sneaky pete? Opinions? Helmutt
Never heard of 'em, but I'm not very carry savvy. I didn't even take a holster for the CCW class, our group didn't do any drawing drills. Instructor just explained we were to figure that out on our own since everyone's tastes would vary. Stoner leather makes a nice iwb too Edited July 26, 2015 by Hellmutt
zx3vfr
I've been using a galco. single clip iwb at 4:30. Shirt untucked its completely undetectable. Shirt tucked in it, shirt tail goes between clip and leather and stays 98% concealed, but anyone looking will notice a single black clip. It wasn't the most comfortable the first few weeks I used it but after it broke in it became less painful LC9 should be very easy to keep covered. You may also be able to get a pocket holster and just pocket carry it. I switch between pocket carry and iwb depending on dress and on the bike I almost always pocket carry. I've always been afraid it will pop out of an iwb. Personally I've never been a fan of the PDA type holsters because no one uses them anymore and they kind of stick out like a sore thumb. myhondas
I bought one for both the lc9s and the XDs45. Sadly I have never used either of them but they are quite large and you need to wear a heavy belt with them. I am sure the time will come that they will come in handy to have but that day hasn't arrived yet.
bark615
My dad has one for his Sig P238 (.380) and he wore if for a few weeks but it is LARGE, this is not just like a cell phone case on your belt. He has since tossed it in the junk drawer. I would stick with your IWB if you need to tuck in or go for a high ride OWB if you have an untucked shirt. I can rock my Sig 238 in an OWB with shorts and T-shirt. The sneaky pete also looks like a fashion disaster and any CCW holder can spot this a mile away. Every time I see someone with it on I want to ask what they are packing
JustinNck1
i have had real good luck with Alien Gear Holsters. They take forever to get, but their super affordable and lifetime free Krydex exchanges in case you trade guns.
Casper
Woah. Really thought this was a nitrous kit question. http://www.jegs.com/i/NOS/741/05029/10002/-
TimTheAzn
I've got a Theis holster and gun belt. They work incredibly well together. I went with leather for my IWB holster and horse hide for my IWB mag carrier. I normally don't carry an extra mag on me though. I figure if I cant neutralize a threat with 15 + 1 rounds, I should just reload and hand the bad guy my gun. https://www.theisholsters.com/

Just in case someone (like me) searches and finds this thread, I ordered my holster on 12/21 and it will arrive today (1/7). 2.5 weeks is totally acceptable for a custom ordered item. dustinsn3485
I forget how long it took for my Alien gear, but it didn't seem terrible. 3 weeks maybe. I really like the IWB and the OWB from them. Use both interchangeably depending on level of concealment needed.
