Early reports said explosives stored there. edit: In a shipping container. It's an fuel and gas tank farm. Bad combination. BBC is showing that it was an area of shipping containers and vehicle parking. Shipping transport. Also a building storing hazardous chemicals where the explosion happened. A 3 ton explosion and a 21 ton explosion.
