myhondas
In addition, from what I have heard and understand, in Ohio, possession of tannerite is legal but the actual use of it is illegal.

Tonik
where did u read that? First I've ever heard that. use it all the time."I miss America" There was an interpretation published by the State's Fire Marshall saying he felt it was a 'dangerous ordnance' once mixed under ORC. Interesting point, the dangerous ordnance law in Ohio has nothing to do with fire codes or the fire marshall. He was just blowing smoke out of his ass (pun intended).
Tonik
Annnnnd it appears his efforts worked. myhondas
I read a notice about some guys down in southern ohio that were shooting some targets on their property. Neighbors got upset with the noise and called the law. BATF showed up and informed them that the actual use of tannerite was a felony due to the state and federal explosive ordinances. Gave them a written warning since they did not witness an actual explosion which would have resulted in their arrest.
