I've been on the road countless times and I never knew it had a park.It's about 3 miles off of 536.The road that takes you there is across from the community center after you climb the hill out of Hannibal.You can also get there from 7.In jnor's pictures he's looking North towards the old Ormet Plant.Looking South you can see all of Hannibal and all of New Martinsville.It's probably the best overlook in southeastern Ohio.
