Can someone recommend a powder coater?

While the 51 is down for repairs, I intened to get my rims powder coated gloss black. Does anyone here have experience with a local shop, or even do it themselves? I have about 5 weeks to get the bike back up, and have wanted to get this done for a long time.

Thanks for any and all suggestions and recommendations!:)

not meant to be rude in any manner just getting an idea of pricing can you beat this?:

http://tripageled.com/main.html

click on products, then your choice of manufacturer and scroll down to find powder coat pricing.

you ship the part to them and they powder it and return it.

just to give a ballpark of pricing for those too lazy to look:

$25 - Rearsets

$15 - Gas cap

$15 - Levers

$15 - Sprockets (front and rear)pixel.gif

$40 - Exhaust can (single)

$60 - Exhaust can (double)

$40 - Exhaust mid pipe Done in HI-TEMP black

$35 - Brake calipers (assembled)

$20 - Brake calipers (disassembled, pots and seals removed)

$50 - Case covers (both). Seal will be replaced by us.

$25 - Passenger pegs (must be done prior to led install, oven will melt them!)

$15 - Upper triple tree (Honda logo sticker will be removed)

$125 - Swingarm (chain adjusters and axle will not be done)

ok well that is almost everything they do... anyways prices include the return cost of S/H

tripage does great work, but the shipping cost of wheels to FL might be expensive...

Tripage does do good work, He was the main reason I started using our facility to powdercoat bike parts, I felt the price was to high, and i knew i could Provide a better quality at a better price

He does alot of commercial work and can do any color you can think of. I was impressed with his work, prices and quick turn around. Real cool guy to boot and he loves to do motorcycle parts.
