vitamincj
Looks cool man. Is that a rough in for a video projector in the upstairs? I like the 3 sided fireplace. Who is the builder? CJ

Dr. Pomade
Great place - I've always been a huge fan of the loft/open walkway over the living room type set-ups.
black00ws6
Ya, its for a projector. I have 6 theater seats that will be going in that room. We tried to get a house in the harrison pond area since they are all custom built homes. It's an MI home.. the bad is what joe said, cookie cutter home, 0 land, houses WAY too close together. (sorry, I'll get garage pics, but its a 3 car garage fyi) It's the lancaster model in New Albany... North Hamilton at the preserve.

400 HO
Daaaammnnnnnn.. That's alot of coin!! But still you got a SWEET house. I only paid $210,000 for mine. (The house was 150,000 - the land was 40,000 & 20,000 for "Site Improvments" (.. driveway, well, septic.. shit like that.) Where at in New Albany?? Are you at the Links?? There are some sweet homes over there. Way to go!! I hope you enjoy it. Any pics of the outside??
