telsea Posted June 6, 2004 Report Share Posted June 6, 2004 My dad is in dire need of help to complete the renovation of a 1 bedroom house that he owns as rental property. He had a guy that was working on it but he has not shown up in months. I believe the roofing and siding is just about complete but there may be some details left to work on. The inside still needs alot of work. He pretty much paid the guy to get the materials and paid for his labor. I could work with Ridenred27 I know him so I think we could work together to get it done. Plus I could teach him some stuff...sounds like he needs some learning.
