The love seat is a sleeper and still have the plastic over the matress inside, its never been slept on. The only blemish to the whole set would be the center cushion of the love seat, we tried to remove some average soda stains and the wifey used some crap with bleach. The center of the cushion now has a faded spot in the very center of the back. The back cushion can hide it along with the two side pillows, should be unnoticed pretty much. The sofa and coffee table are in great shape. Extremely comfortable and a very nice set. Cost us over 1600 dollars. Its been upstairs at our house as kind of the formal living room and has seen very littlel use, very little. If you buy the set you'll get a free framed picture that matches the setup and a pillar table we made with 2 pillars and a thick piece of glass. Originally we used it to support our 40 gallon fish tank. Its nice stuff just doesn't go with what we have planned for a remodel. I'd like to stay as close to that original total as possible but i'm somewhat flexible. I'm not bs'ing about what we paid for it and i'm only asking so little for it b/c of the condition of the loveseat cushin cover.
