I don't like how the bumper is now, has the line across it under the lights. Also a possibility is the 99' jdm twin turbo wing since the stock one is impossible to find and they look similar. If I had $500 to waste right now, and had to choose between: 1: Digital cluster from a JDM Trueno + Kouki JDM taillights or 2: Weber 32/36 carb (used), rebuild kit for carb, adapter plate, and Paradise Racing valve springs + cam for Toyota 4A-C... I'd be insane not to spend it on the go-parts BUT, hey, if you feel your car is already fast enough for the time being, it's your money and car, and you should do what makes you happy with it. Some people like their car to look nice after they are satisfied with the performance, so you can't really be blamed for spending that much on taillights if you swing that way. Personally I don't think any of that is ricer because though it slightly separates you from what is stock, it doesn't make you stick out like a sore gangrenous thumb. Shit, if I had the money I'd get the full 99 set up, Front Fascia, side skirts, and wing. I might have to get sideskirts anyways, for instance looking at that pic of the stillen nose the car looks akward without any sideskirts. I am also fond of the rear bumper on the cars from car domain I posted up there. (I think its wings west?) I don't know if the japanese 99 bumper was the same or not I'll have to see.
