99BlownYellowGT Posted July 10, 2005 Report Share Posted July 10, 2005 My 5 liter mustang had sat around for a couple of weeks while i was on vacation.I came back and tried to start it.It would fire up and immediately shut off like there was no power.Somebody recommended to me to replace the ignition module.So i did.But no luck it still does the same thing.im guessing its getting fuel because i can smell it and the plugs are ok.Anybody have any ideas. 99BlownYellowGT Posted July 10, 2005 Author Report Share Posted July 10, 2005 Ive tried countless times and as soon as it starts and ilet off the key the rpms drop right to zero and the car shuts off.It does it every time i try it will not run at all.It didnt seem to rev any higher than normal when i start it.
