Buck531
Most likely it's a wheel speed sensor. Problem is, finding out which one it is. I know Firestone wanted to charge me $70 for a diganostics on it. I said forget it. Right now the cars at the body shop and they're going to take a look at the ABS and see what's up with it. CJINOHIO03
The light comes on and off/ So i am not sure what is up. How do they test it exactly?
Alex1647545498
If it's on and off like that you most likely have a wire broken inside the insulation on the jumper harness at the lower control arm. To test sensor *got this info from a different forum* The resistance reading of a WSS on your vehicle should be 1040-1160 ohms. and when turning the hub assembly by hand, you should get about 100 mv A/C voltage. or You can just buy a sensor then take the plug off the one that's already on then plug the new one. Then turn the ignition to on. If the light does not go away then it's not that one. There should only be 2 up front. So if it's not the first one you tested it should be the 2nd one. But this will only work if the light acually comes on upon starting the car.
