need help wiht plythmouth

92 plymouth acclaim.. .. car runs.. but sometimes.. start the car, put it in drive or reverse whatever.. soon as it feels a load the car sputters and dies.. other times it will start and drive.. and will sputter while driving sometimes... acts like ts not gettin enough fuel. fuel filter has been changed. what could it be??

if its a 4 cyl the pickup under the dist cap called a HEP could be goin bad
