Dweezel
no its an inline 4, had a traditional header, turbo mounted by the swingarm. It was a SECA 500 I believe, Honda.

Dweezel
no, it had to be this;http://www.turbomotorcycles.org/TMIOA/Bike_Yamaha_XJ650.htmlI KNOW it was an inline 4, I saw all the turbo badges, and looked at the front of the motor seeing nothing but a traditional I4 and header. after I talked to him he said the turbo was under the bike by the swingarm, and it was def a SECA. I told him about the site, hopefully hell make an appearance.yeah, after looking at a few moe pics, it was def the Yammi

kawi kid
"The Turbo Seca transforms itself from motorcycle to superbike and back again with ease, and the transformation is simply controlled by the right wrist." Cycle World, June 1981 i call bullshit
Dweezel
you also have to remember it was 1981 dude. "SuperBike" meant anything with over 60 hp.
Turbo810
I had a few Kawi 750 turbo's back in the day. Fun bike for what it was. To bad the other manufacturers couldn't make the power the Kawi did.
