carl1647545492 Posted April 26, 2005 Report Share Posted April 26, 2005 I,m on the freeway tonight, rain is heavy and the car in front slows from 40 to a stop and i manage to do the same, just, I lookin my reaview and this Jeep isnt going to make it..... shit...BOOM....foot off the brake, I push the car in front into the the car in front of him then a PT cruiser smashes into the back of the Jeep and were off for a second round I,m ok,Honda is 2 feet shorter,two poeple behind were cited,in the market for a new daily. Years ago I slid on 3" thick ice & hit car in front of me, then next 3 cars slid into each other & me. Columbus Polizei came to tix us all, but cop got out of car, slid right on his ass! I stopped at a light. few seconds later I hear a LOUD crash. WHat fealt like minutes later, I get hit and roll into the car infront of me. Guy behind me I "believe" (don't know for sure) was sporting a cell phone and not watching the road. I was doing about 20, he rear ends me at 50 and even w/ my foot on the brake HARD he accellerated me into the vehicle in front of me. But these things can work out. I got more for my Blazer than it was worth from the guy's insurance company, and other than a sore neck for a few days, I was no worse for wear. Hopefully your luck will be similar. I was getting onto 270 at Sawmill on that GAY ramp that merges like 3 lanes into one and someone 3 cars up decided they couldn't merge so they stopped. They had an escort and got hit by a truck, the 3 series bimmer in front of me stopped just in time, I stopped just in time, then the car behind me hit me hard and pushed me into the bimmer which pushed him into the truck. Sucks how our insurance is low balling with us on value of the car so were getting a attorney... its pretty sad we need to do that to get compensated but there you go. C.
