SHIEF
I've looked everywhere trying to find something, only place that sounded like they could do it (based on website) was Spearco, but I'm afraid of the price I'll get. So I thought I'd ask here. This is with endtanks. 26"L x 16-18"H x 3"D The bottom of the outlets (2.5 or 3"), minimum starting point must be 11.5" from the bottom of the intercooler. With the outlets themselves being around 1-2" in length. Help a brudda out if you can, if not what's a place to check out? Thanks.
Guest nevarmore
Is that large? So long as the sizes are correct will it matter where it came from? I'm not up to snuff on intercooling. Maybe check with a diesel truck or tractor shop or thier suppliers. How far can the intercoolers actual size deviate from your specifications and still work in your application? Is there some sort of flow rate and cooling rate that you need to achieve? Is there an air/water solution that might work?
Guest mudbutt
why not just use a starion or small npr. Both can be found cheap and fit quite well. Flow enough for your power goal too
SHIEF
I'm putting this intercooler where the radiator use to sit and I moved the radiator back. I looked at the NPR's and the Starion intercoolers and it doesn't look like they'll work.
