what is easiest way to disable fuel pump?

If it's a C4, the fuse panel is on the passenger side dash between it and the door. The cover will have a fuse list on the inside. Fuel pump should be FP, F/P, some I believe say F/R, or something similar.

you can also remove the liner under the gas cap and unplug it...

Turns out it was FR....
