Mallard
Anyone know for sure what the regulations are? I think the belts can't be over 2 years old, but I'm still sketchy on that. Our GRM $2005 Challenge car needs to obibe by the rules of the tracks we're on so I need to know. Also, anyone know where I can get a cheap harness that meets those regs? Rally Red Evo
Seat belts are good for 5 years currently in the SCCA I believe. There was talks to reduce that, but I have not checked to see if they were passed.
Nitrousbird
NHRA is 2 years. Sadly, mine were up at the end of this past summer....I didn't pass tech with them last time I was at the strip, but I wasn't spraying that day, so they let it slide. I'll be getting a new set in the spring. My current set will be for the passenger now, and I'm going to get a camlock for the driver side, as this latch setup is freaking annoying. Mallard
Do they only have to be within 2 years if you're under a certain ET?

The factory seat belts can be used untill you break into the elevens. So if you install an old five point for the autocross, leave in the stocker for the dragstrip.
