Possible Engine Damage???

Ok, so I take my car in for a tune up 2 weeks ago and after i get it back I notice it stutters at certain times. Being away from home I could not get it back to the dealer until I put a little over 400 more miles on the car. I thought it was the torque converter since it would only stutter at certain times. Anyway, the car was takin in today and it was found that when they did the tune up they forgot to plug the wires back into my #2 injector so I was running on 5 cylinders.

Could this have done any damage to the motor? I didn't think it would, but then again wasn't the principle of Caddy's 4-6-8 tehnology the same as what happened and that failed miserabely.

If something is wrong now because of this the dealer will definately be buying me a new engine.

I doubt it caused any serious engine problems. Were you racing the car like that? If your car was boosted and you raced it you'd have some serious problems.. But if you were taking it easy you should be fine..
