Kidnap someone, give the world 72 hours to establish total peace and harmony, behead the poor bastard. This shows extreme cowardice and poor judgement in general. I hope Bush starts following up on the whole "if you harbor terrorists we are coming to get you" thing. I don't want these stupid bastards grabbing me off the street and have my wife see this shit on tv with me screaming FREEDOM (ala-Braveheart). I think a more innovative solution needs to be made, start air-dropping pigs with 40lbs of explosives and have them detonate in the air so these bastards have to breath in atomized pig blood.
