Guest Crankshaft
<font color ="midnightblue"> graemlins/wtf.gif am I the only one who is disgusted by this? This is the worst industry in the entire world- worse even than drugs, because it not only exploits morals and corrupts as drugs do, it sells human dignity so that some fat slob who has no life can sit at home and play with himself. How can you justify promoting such an evil profession? I would be ashamed of myself, if I were you, and the fact that you seem to hold no qualms about it is revolting. Well, I'm not disgusted by it. Not sure what basis you are using for referring to it as "the worst industry in the world," but I would disagree on several levels. From an economic standpoint, it is one of the greatest industries in the world - extremely profitable (i.e., approximating a billion dollars in revenue). Not sure the porn industry exploits morals or corrupts anyone. Certainly, you could argue that, from some stanpoints, it is less than moral, but morality is subjective - your morals may not be the same as mine, and ours may differ from a third person, and so on. Point being, simply because you view it as amoral doesn't make it so. Lastly, my thought is this: to my understanding, no one has ever been forced into the porn industry. You enter at your own risk as a willing participant.

Seeing as how it can take 6 weeks or more after the date of infection to show up in a test, I don't think I would feel too confident after just a a pre-movie screening. graemlins/burnout02.gif

They aren't required to be fully checked before every movie. Hell, I am sure some of the cheapass production companies couldn't care less. A lot of them don't use condoms, and go on the words of what the *actors* say. Thus being said, it is an industry. A very profitable one at that. Look at all the strippers who put themselves through college without loans (or just live a very comfortable lifestyle) by pulling down $1,000+ per night stripping. If you are going to do it, just be safe. It's not for me but I'm not gonna knock someone who wants to use their body to make a little cash- it's their choice. I think it's rather humiliating, but it doesn't matter what I think.
