Chad is Dead Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 a woman got pullled over and the officer approached her car with his ticket book in hand and before he had a chance to say a word the woman popped her head out of the window and asked, " are you going to try and sell me tickets to the ohio state trooper ball?" the officer replied, "no mam, ohio state troopers don't have balls." realizing what he said, the officer folded up his ticket book and walked away.
