I have had a couple of cars in my past, 56 Ford F-100, 69 Cougar, 69, 70, and 71 Novas, and a 90 LX Mustang. Fastest actual car was the 69 Nova. 11.18@126 with a lot of wheel spin, and a naturally aspirated 396 (big cam and lots of head work). The theoretically fastest would have been the Mustang had the nitrous not killed it at the track, would have been easily in the 10s.
