You must have been alive for 21 years. Ok the positions I am taking resumes for. I need to maintenance people for a proprty management company. Positions are full time with company vehicle. You must have had handy man/capentry exp. These are full time positions and you will be on call some days of the week. pm me for email addy. The other positions will be listed later. Position Job duties: Fixing random things; Tile,toilets,bathtubs,sinks,showers,doors,trim,carpet,painting,rout work. fixing holes leaks anything that can break just about. You do not have to be an uber profesional or anything but exp. is a must. Why this job is cool; Cellphone (nextel) truck (f-150 or f-250) company trucks that you get to drive while on call. left alone to do your work except on the rare ocasion of a project. christmas bonus and vacation + sick days. free golf some other things that I don't remember bennifits.
