Need help with 91 Ranger Tranny

Ok...the tranny is from a 94 ranger. The 94 were an electric tranny and the 91 was not. So the wiring harness dosen't match up and the tranny won't shift on its own. Is there any way to make this work or will I have to find a non electric tranny? Thanks
