My wife and I bought our first house back in May. For the most part, it's great. I miss apt life sometimes though! LOL I hate mowing the grass, utilities suck, you gotta become "handy" around the house, more space to accumulate crap...etc. Oh, and I thought I would get away from jerkoff neighbors....NOT. I got a hillbilly neighbor who bought a cheap house in our neighborhood. This guy has a bombed out car sitting in the driveway, his whole lawn is dead and filled with weeds, and he does burnouts on the sidewalk with his "BUSA" I think he lives with his mom and he likes to get 0-100mph times on the main drag through our neighborhood. Guys like that really up your resale value.... I guess if I werent married, I might still be slummin in the apt without a care in the world! Oh to be 22 again!
