evan9381 Posted January 17, 2006 Report Share Posted January 17, 2006 i stayed @ the days inn on jefferson. it was under renovation, so it seemed a little crappy, but, i got a room w/ 2 full size beds (4 people) for like 125$, and to get to cobo (where the show is) i turned left out of the lot, went down jefferson abuot 2 miles, and it dead ends into cobo. canada tunnels is like 1/4 mile before cobo on the left, so its all real close. valet parking across the street from cobo @ cass and....not sure...was like 15$ though, and i walked a whole 100 feet to the door. If staying overnight you're probably best driving north to Troy or Rochester. Especially if you want to have a good time going out at night. evan9381 Posted January 17, 2006 Report Share Posted January 17, 2006 like i said, my hotel right there on jefferson was a mile from the canada tunnel, come out of the tunnel, turn left, and you hit a road and thats the main strip w/ all the bars/clubs. and being that its down the street from cobo, it makes a 3 minute drive to the show.
