88lx5oh Posted January 31, 2006 Report Share Posted January 31, 2006 here is the deal.. 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath.. 3 floors full basement, partly finished (could use as a game room) has washer and dryer hookups as well. downstairs, hardwood floors, and kitchen is linolium (just put in) half bath kitchen has fridge, dishwasher already there. upstairs, carpeted. 2 big bedrooms w/ big closets, and full bathroom small vonvrete fenced in back porch. 2 parking spots (with extra overflow paring not to far away. since we have been there we re painted, and remodeled alot of the condo. we are loking to close on a house soon. we cant get out of our lease for another 7 months. so if someone is interested in taking over our lease. $650 a month you wont find anything this cheap and this nice in the area. its McNaughten commons seconds away from krogers on E. Broad St. so youl lbe close to the CR meets. the lady we rent off of is really nice, and flexible. so youll have no trouble with her at all. if you would like to come take a look at it. pm me you would have to move in wihtin a month.
