This is a Cisco/ Lan/Wan & Telco troubleshooting job. Primary responsibility is to support large corporate customer's networks. Cisco Experience = Required CCNA Prefferred. There is some serious brain power there. If your not at least a CCNA I wouldnt even bother applying. Most of the desks I visited had CCNA certs on the walls or higher.
