Spent 3.5 hours on the dyno to get tuned by Mobil Chassis Dyno. I have a 5.4 in my 250 and they are PAIN IN THE ASS to get to! It's more for piece of mind to me. There have been cases where some L's have spit a plug out. It's not limited to just L's, I think all the 98-early 01 5.4s had the problem. If you've done them once it's pretty easy after that. I can check them in about 35 minutes.
