2000 Lightning. 56K miles.

 

Tr6 plugs

New fuel filter

New battery

New trans filter/fluide

Tires have 90% tread left

 

Goodies:

Factory tech VB

4x4 pan

JLP 4# pulley w/gator belt

JLP intake

Bassani Cat back exhaust

SCT 4 position flip chip with 4 custom tunes. Spent 3.5 hours on the dyno to get tuned by Mobil Chassis Dyno.

If you check the spark plugs every other oil change there won't be any issues.

Not to take this off-topic, but do you really have to do that? I have a 5.4 in my 250 and they are PAIN IN THE ASS to get to! :eek:

It's more for piece of mind to me. There have been cases where some L's have spit a plug out. It's not limited to just L's, I think all the 98-early 01 5.4s had the problem. If you've done them once it's pretty easy after that. I can check them in about 35 minutes.
