Who needs a 2.9 out of a '90 Bronco II?

I might be picking up a '90 BII 2wd. The guy says the motor is fresh, with a complete rebuild 15k ago. I'm looking to offset some of the cost before I consider buying this thing. Truck has a bad transmission, but you can have that as well. All the computer harness/wiring would be your's to have as well.
