It is definitely still under construction, but its up and functional at this point. Putty is the Moderator for all forums right now. I'm taking applications for more. I will have a stand off approach to this. I'm letting you guys run it. I'm just taking care of the admin and support side. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Apache's performance cache was turned on, which redirects all web traffic to port 16080. That's why in the email the link was http://www.ohioracing.net:16080/blahblahblah. I had that port blocked.
