coty061885
I hope it's not too late to buy tickets, but I'm gonna try tomorrow to get a couple. I'm just curious if anyone else is going this year, even after last year's fiasco. I figure it'll be worth it to go because this will be the last F1 race at Indy and possibly the last one in the US for a while. For those who have been before, what's the best location to sit in? I'm torn between the Turn 10 Terrace and somewhere on the front stretch. I'd like to see the start and witness the cars at top speed, but also would like watching them navigate the trickiest spot on the track. Rally Pat
When I went in 2003, I sat on the Front Stretch.
controler
You can easily find tickets the day of the race, most likely for less than face value. I've gone the past few years, including last year. I go with a former co-worker that loves to get good seats, so we sit in the paddock area about 2 sections from the start/finish. But its covered so if it rains it isn't that bad. Worth it? probably not, but I love formula 1.
