The charge they're holding him on is possession of a concealed weapon. Other charges which will probably be pursued: DUI, possession of criminal tool with intent to use (bulletproof vest), possession of criminal tool with intent to use (hatchet), possession of criminal tool with intent to use (3 more charges, one for each handgun), four counts of illegal transportation of a firearm, felony fleeing, resisting arrest, assult of a police officer, intent to "kill, injure, harass or intimidate", disorderly conduct, and to top it all off --illegal u-turn.
