Silver Civic Ricer, I need info

Some douche last night in a Silver Civic Hatch with some aftermarket tails and a TERRIBLE sounding exhaust almost clipped me in my new 06 and passed on the berm. This made me pretty angry to say the least. I follow him even tho he was driving like a jackass. I tried to keep as close as possible with out puttin gother people in harm and I was driving with my girlfriend.

 

This punk has the balls to drive like an idiot but doesn't have the balls to back it up since he was driving through residential areas taking turns trying to get away from me. Well finally he made a turn and didn't see him anymore. The scared little whimp hid somewhere instead of facing me.
