Stampede
The roof is only about 2-3 yrs old, but has started leaking, at the seams. What should I use to reseal the seams? I used some crap the local Lowe's said to use, but it still leaks in spots. I hate Flat roofs. Thanks.

Dave1647545494
absolutly do not use aaphalt product of any kind (tar) on a rubber roof.... first thing if the roof is only a couple years old it should be under warranty a properly installed flat roof should last 20-30 years without incident... call the roofer and have them check it out if they won't do anything pm me and I'll set you up with a guy that does good work
