Buck531
This is got me puzzled. When I'm going say 5-10 mph. Hit the brakes. I hear a loud Popping sound coming from the front right. When I put it in reverse and do the same. POP. Like something's rubbing and popping out? Its hard to say. I had Mike (302 powered) look at it earlier tonight and he said the lower control arm? Would a ball joint cause this? The boot has been ripped for a few years now . When I jacked it up tonight I cannot move the tire up and down nor side to side. It's pretty tight. I've checked the brakes. Fine. Strut. Fine (and the strut mount.) sway bar bushings. Fine. Any ideas?

Dave1647545494
jack it up under the control arm pry up on the tire to check for ball joint wear shake tire side to side to check for tie rods or wheel bearing play... you could also have a bad bushing in the lower arm allowing the arm to move around when you hit the brakes
